The greatest lesson I’ve learned through it all is not to worry but to lean on and trust GOD in every situation. Even when I don’t know what to do, I’ve learned that GOD will always guide me. I live stress-free because I know that, no matter what, GOD has the final say over my life. I’m able to persevere through trials because I come from a family built on morals, values, and unshakable principles. Growing up, I had access to a lot, and maybe without my understanding shaped my world view, but I’ve realized that peace, purpose, and faith can’t be bought. They have to be built. True success is who you become while waiting on GOD’s timing. GOD’s pace protects what your purpose will one day require.

This is so touching. A young boy pays condolences to Charlie Kirk’s family and proceeds to do a Bible study lesson. These are the kind of young men we should be raising. May God bless him. ❤️

You don’t have to do everything, you just have to do what God’s calling you to.  God calls us to be faithful with what He puts in front of us. Start small. Step forward. Take the first action. When we do something with love and purpose, He multiplies it far beyond what we can imagine.

When God allows bad things to happen in this world, the world always wants to put the blame on God but they never blame the devil for all the evil work that he is doing in this world. The devil is the one that has come to kill, steal, and destroy, Jesus has come so that we may have true life. John 10:10 We don’t always understand why God allows bad things to happen, but Jesus Christ warns us as his followers that we will have hardships and suffer in this life but we can rejoice because He has overcome this world, and through Christ we can overcome too and have eternal life in Heaven one day. John 16:33. This world is full of deception and evilness, turn away from this wicked world and have faith in Jesus and let Him set you free from sin and lead you into Truth. When God allows bad things to happen, it’s meant to draw us closer to Him and not away. “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18

There was a clear difference in the Texas A&M / ND game tonight that doesn't show up in the box score. Cramping. All summer we heard Notre Dame has to prepare for the Texas heat... Yet I didn't see a white jersey on the ground getting stretched out. Instead we saw a lot of maroon laying on the ground, yelping in pain, clutching their legs. Why? Both teams drink their Gatorade, they get their electrolytes in. What's the difference? First game cramps are NOT. A HYDRATION ISSUE. They are an intensity issue. If your body is not prepared for the intensity of a game, that's where you see cramps become an issue. It's a neuromuscular fatigue issue. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9232553/ If you run practices at 50-80% speed, that's what you've prepared your body for. If you try to then go into a game and play at 100% for a full 60 minutes... You won't last. You'll cramp up. When fatigue sets in, bad things happen. TL;DR: Cramps aren't just a hydration issue. It's a neuromuscular fatigue problem. If you don't want to cramp up in a game: prepare your body to handle game like intensity.

If you are a 17 YO student athlete wanting to compete at the next level you must be willing to go to bed by 10 pm, wake up 10-min earlier to eat breakfast, and prepare protein and carb dense meals ahead of time to help your body repair and recover following training. Seriously, if you are 17 YO and have a license, cell phone, spend hours a day on social media and drive one of your parents vehicles you should absolutely be able to structure a routine that your goals. Your junior and senior years should not be a time to goof off. You only get so many opportunities to land a scholarship to help you attend college or continue competing in a sport you love! Get real with yourself and real with your habits! Dial in your nutrition, sleep, hydration, training, and routine. If you claim you want to be great or a DI or DII athlete yet have a work ethic consistent with pick up play don't be surprised when you're not offered the scholarship you claim you want. There’s a lot of hard working athletes out there working incredibly hard and implementing the basics and fundamentals of real food, sleep, hydration, and consistency that will outpace your laziness and lack of effort. Talent only takes you so far.

This is mind-blowing. @RobertKennedyJr says, “For half the price of Ozempic, we could purchase organic food for every American, three meals a day, and a gym membership for every obese American.” Even the Danish government doesn't even recommends Ozempic. It recommends “a change in diet and exercise to treat obesity.” Kennedy asks, “Why are members of Congress doing the bidding of this Danish company instead of standing up for American farmers and children?” We could literally subsidize healthy food for every American, three meals a day, but the government wants to put you on a pill for twice the price instead. If that doesn't scream corruption, I don't know what does.
