@BantrySeedFarms Fiberglass rheem so far has been good longer than standard steel tank. Haven’t had it long enough to know for sure but already easily outlasted steel. Other than Changing elements tank should never leak.

What a day. Has anyone had issues with new hot water tanks? In the 8 years since we’ve built our house we just got told another one is “ screwed “. That’s 3 of them. Not cheap ones either. Anyone got any ideas. I honestly think everyone I talked to is lacking storage in between there ears …… #Agtwitter

@BDuchek @oldmangord Do you have to thrash it harder than other invigor pos shatter varieties? Going to get into some Tommorow but we swathed it to kill the stalks they were very green still and didn’t think reglone would reach down far enough

@oldmangord Also the best pod shatter we have seen. One combine operator was comparing it to yellow mustard.

@Derekprice9 @Grainline1 Thanks that would be great I used a foot throttle one but it is spring loaded so doesn’t hold rpm without pinning it in place this would be a much better option

@smarchibald Have had a cross auger motor fail and cause similar issue. Had to make up a jumper hose to bypass motor to find which motor it was cause I beilve they run in series.

Any macdon guru’s on here? Fd75 was working fine. Now no side drapers working, center was working and now it quit too. Have cleaned and replaced every relief valve on here. New filter. No results. After changing anything Draper moves about 8” and stops

@BSchoorlemmer Might only get 25 acres a hour with a 50 bushel crop.I would speed your rotor up a bit if you are in heavy green straw. We were running only 1 separator grate cover. We were .26bpa throwing over in heavy wet green straw and 50bpa canola.Mad Concaves with the finger ones in front.

@rhofford Have you pulled gearbox apart. The bearings and seals are fairly common. Unless it’s a gear might be worth trying.

@AllamFarmer K. My neighbours love their single knives. No broken knives ever for either of them. That’s why I asked.

If you buy a header with double knife drive can you just put a single knife in and unhook one end?
