Arkansas does some dumb stuff, but they have TERRIBLE calls go against them too When the ball is thrown 10 yards out of the end zone it's by definition uncatchable (unless Miss State has a 9-foot tall WR I'm missing). Meaning it can't be a penalty. But it was called anyway
