Agreed. His style has always been more of a point fight style rather than power. Unfortunately, as the old adage goes, power is the last thing to go, and Izzy didn’t really have it to begin with. Not saying he couldn’t KO guys, but he was more of a volume striking KO fighter as opposed to a one punch brawler. When young guys luke Pyfer, who aren’t afraid to get hit by Izzy press forward with power, it takes Izzy out of his game plan and forces him to brawl. I hope Izzy retires.

The craziest part about him being on a 4 fight skid is that he genuinely doesn't look worse, barre the Strickland fight he looks the same as he has in any other fight. It just feels like the division is moving past him and the new guys are able to catch him.
