Instead of treating every transaction as one monolithic task, Altius breaks execution into granular instructions and runs independent operations simultaneously across cores using instruction-level parallelism. Bytecode is transformed into Static Single Assignment form so dependencies are mapped instantly, revealing which paths can safely execute in parallel without requiring contract rewrites. State access another hidden slowdown is redesigned with a memory-first, sharded architecture that keeps ledger data available at near-RAM speeds, avoiding disk I/O stalls.
