Curious to see how this plays out. When communicating organisational change, you plan for the people who stay, not just those who leave. You nurture & guide employees via #InternalComms. I’ve rarely seen this tone or approach at this stage: bbc.com/news/business-….

Good news from our pub The Partridge in Warrington. Half of the kitchen team are colleagues who are still serving their sentences at HMP Thorn Cross. By gaining skills while still in custody, we can help them get great jobs when they finally go home.
