Hello. I'm the skunk. Yes, I sprayed your dog. I know. Let me explain what happened. Your dog ran at me in the dark. I turned around. I lifted my tail. I gave him TWO warning stamps with my front feet. He kept coming. So I sprayed. I can spray accurately up to 15 feet. I have 5-6 shots before I need 10 days to reload. I don't WANT to spray. It's my only defense. I can't fight. I can't run fast. I can't climb. Spray is all I have. Your dog ignored two warnings and a raised tail. I used my last resort. I'd argue that's on him. But let's talk about what I was doing in your yard BEFORE the incident. I was digging small holes in your lawn. Those holes? That's me pulling grubs out of the soil. Japanese beetle larvae. June bug larvae. The grubs that are destroying your lawn from underneath. I eat 400+ grubs per season. Plus beetle larvae. Crickets. Grasshoppers. Mice. Voles. And yellowjacket nests. YELLOWJACKET NESTS. I dig them up and eat every single one. Larvae, pupae, adults. The entire colony. I'm immune to their stings. My thick fur and skin protect me. I am the #1 natural predator of ground-nesting yellowjackets. You spent $150 to have a yellowjacket nest removed last August. I would have done it for free. In one night. "But the smell." Tomato juice doesn't work. Use this: 1 quart hydrogen peroxide (3%), 1/4 cup baking soda, 1 teaspoon dish soap. Apply to dry fur. Let sit 5 minutes. Rinse. Gone. What to do: Don't let your dog outside unleashed at night during skunk season (Feb-April = mating season — they're extra active right now). If you see a skunk — back away slowly. They give multiple warnings. If the tail goes up and front feet stamp, you have 3 seconds. Don't block their path. Don't corner them. Let them leave. Appreciate the grub control. Those small lawn holes? That's free pest removal. I'm sorry about the dog. But he had 2 warnings and a raised tail. This woman has been living with this roommate for a while, the roommate is mad that the woman installed a lock on her bedroom. She has some expensive things in there and doesn’t want any of the roommates guests going into her room and taking anything. Since the apartment is in the roommate’s name, she always asks first whenever she does anything and she always pays her portion of the rent on time and in full. The roommate wasn’t happy about the lock on the room and gave her a notice to evict. If the landlord is okay with the woman living there, does the roommate have any right to ask her to leave?

Whenever the dad took his family out to eat, they were only ever allowed to have water to drink. They never asked why that was the case but it’s how it always was. To avoid drinking just water, they decided to start making their own lemonade with the lemons in the water and they used sugar from the packets on the table for the coffee. Whenever you saw anyone do this, was this a creative thing, or are they being cheap and tacky?

@gotrice2024 I’d hammer a couple of posts into the ground on opposite sides of the driveway and use them to string a chain across the driveway with a no trespassing sign hanging from the middle of the chain. As soon as he was on video removing the chain & driving through I’d have him charged.

This man was getting tired of his neighbor tearing up his front yard by driving through it. He’s tried to talk to them on several occasions but it continued to happen. The police suggest he put stones to block anyone from driving through or parking there. Instead he put cinder blocks blocking it. The neighbor didn’t even look when they tried to drive through the yard and seriously damaged their car by hitting the blocks. Should the man be liable for damages to the neighbors car for this?

This man and his daughter was at the grocery store picking up some groceries. When it was time to pay, the little girl wanted to pay for it. So the man gave her a $100 to pay, like when she’s playing cashier at home. She takes the money and puts it into the donation for feeding the needy. The man only had that $100 on him and now can’t pay for his groceries. He talks to a manager about taking the money back so he can pay. Everyone now is criticizing him for taking the money back for the needy, saying they need it more than he did. Was he wrong for taking the money back?

This woman Haley said she went into the Post Office to buy stamps. Jessica, who worked behind the counter, asked her why she was buying stamps. Haley told her it was for sending bill payments out. Jessica informed her she could pay bills online. Haley said, I know Jessica, but I prefer to pay my bills by mail. Haley said all the other people behind her agreed with Jessica and pay their bills online. So Ive been a Costco member for about 15 years now, but never tried their hot dog, pizza, or chicken bake even though they are cheap as hell. $8 for all of this. My wife and I ate a couple bites and we threw it in the trash. I can see why its so cheap, it’s freaking disgusting! 2/10, wouldn’t recommend at all!
