There is no "fake MAGA" theres a disenfranchised majority wondering what happened after being so profoundly duped. I'm right wing. I've always been right wing. I havent stopped being right wing. I have through observation realized that the wealth of America is squandered and raided by greedy hands but social programs are in themselves affordable (while not being the most cost effective means) I've never changed my views on interventionist policy in 15 years. We are witnessing the death throws of an empire. The shift away from bloated budgets and high cost tech has been surpassed by the inexpensive swarms of drones and automated munitions. The carrier is obsolete. Ground war doctrine is 15-20 years behind reality. We mocked the Russians several years ago, we're in for just as rude if an awakening if we don't change.

I know what my grandfather would say about what Kent wrote in his letter. He was a Marine. He fought on Iwo Jima.  He was Jewish. He’d be furious. I know for a fact Kent leaked to Tucker Carlson a meeting the President had with me, at the President’s request, which Carlson in turn used on the internet.  No President should be treated like that.   Apparently, there were more. Not good. And the appalling antisemitism in Kent’s public letter deserves judgment, which is why so many of all faiths are condemning it.

What we are witnessing is the death of bigger is better military equipment. Cheap munitions that can be deployed enmasse have completely changed the balance of power away from the big aircraft carrier that now finds itself vulnerable. Air defense is decades behind defending this Ground troops are a decade behind on drone warfare. The US is doctrinally 10-20 years behind reality. No bloated budget will make up for this either.
