Well. Crypto is broken. Criminals run price discovery and we all pretend it is normal. And idiots still keep their money on Binance or even buy $ASTER Everyone knows what happened; On 10/10 #Binance printed lows that were statistically impossible compared to every other major exchange. Over 100 pairs deviated more than 10 percent. Dozens deviated 50 to 100 percent. Some went beyond 100 percent. At the same moment. Across unrelated assets. That is a structural failure or abuse of price discovery. Binance dominates USDT spot pricing. Most derivatives, liquidations, bots, and risk engines reference that price. When Binance prints fake lows, liquidations become automatic. No discretion. No human judgment. Positions are nuked because an algorithm trusts a single centralized venue. This was not retail. Retail cannot move hundreds of pairs simultaneously. This was not a cascade caused by news. There was no external shock. This was thin liquidity plus centralized control plus leverage. A perfect liquidation machine. And here is the part nobody wants to touch. Binance knows this. They have known it for years. They profit from being the price anchor while externalizing risk to users. When it breaks, there is no rollback, no compensation, no serious explanation. Just silence. Now add politics. Trump publicly rehabilitates CZ. Praise. Photo ops. Backroom alignment. Ass licking criminals. Signal sent. You are safe. You are untouchable. Do whatever you want. The market got that message immediately. Since then, discipline is gone. Guardrails are gone. Exchanges act with full confidence that nothing will happen. No regulator teeth. No consequences. Users are cattle again. This is not crypto failing. This is centralized power rotting in real time. One exchange deciding market reality. One man deciding accountability. Everyone else paying the bill. If you still call this decentralization, you are lying to yourself. If you call this normal volatility, you are either ignorant or complicit. This was a controlled demolition of leveraged positions enabled by structural monopoly. People are quiet because admitting this means admitting the system is broken. Not temporarily. Fundamentally.

SYMM = MORE THAN PERPS
Lafa@lafachief

Over the last weeks, we have started a preliminary exploration into a concept for creating a Solver/Vault to list effectively ANY meme-based token with leverage on @symm_io. This concept draws inspiration from other LP based Perp vaults, but is externally managed by SYMMIO Solvers, hence creating alot more capital efficiency and external pricing (which is needed to ensure its robust, and effectively oracle-less (only liquidations would require some sort of oracle) To elucidate, consider the following diagrams: Diagram 1: 1) UserA deposits 5,500 units of WIF, valued at $2 each, to a dedicated WIF vault. (total value $11,000) 2) Concurrently, UserB deposits 11,000 units of USDC into the same vault. (total value $11,000) 3) TraderA subsequently submits an intent on SYMMIO to take a $1000x10x long position on WIF. (total value $10,000) In response, a hedger utilizes the assets within the vault, in conjunction with external liquidity sources such as Uniswap or centralized exchanges, to execute a sale of WIF, passing down the slippage to TraderA in the Order. Pre-Trade state: $11,000 (5,500 WIF) long exposure $11,000 (11,000 USDC) delta-neutral exposure Diagram 2: The Post-Trade state 1) the hedger adjusts the composition of the spot vault, which now predominantly holds WIF. 2) Additionally, the hedger takes a short position on 5,000 units of WIF. $20k (10,000 WIF) Long exposure $10k short exposure > effectively 10,000 delta neutral 10,000 Long exposure A few notes: - Solvers need to fine-tune Maintenance Margin and IM requirements (that's effectively their job in addition to the operation itself). - Vault operators are trusted; it would probably be possible to make it trustless, but it would limit the possibilities of the solver and, therefore, would probably be -ev - Solver collateral / stake / slashing could help but also a general reputation system for solvers. - Ultimately, solvers need to optimize to figure out the optimal strategies. (they need to be dis/incentivized to be reliable; again slashing could be an idea here, but also reputation will be necessary) - Vault contributors could deposit directly with a selected solver, choosing them based on past returns/experience, selecting Solvers who can maximize their returns. - Solvers, e.g., collateral deposits, could require some form of skin in the game. - IMO, the risk of depositing into such a vault could mimic holding the meme-based cryptocurrency directly (given the operator does well.) - Although it may be of little appeal to USDC depositors, especially in the context of high-risk vaults. (some modifications could be necessary to attract liquidity for shitcoins.) Overall the whole idea could be an intriguing avenue for experimentation; after all, SYMMIO is really about the ability to add any derivatives permissionless, & providing the meme coin craze with leverage could be interesting. As the SYMMIO team, we need to continue to innovate on the solver side until we reach escape velocity. I commited myself to be posting more concepts we are actively exploring and visions surrounding $SYMM in the coming weeks as we prepare for the TGE! SYMM = MORE THAN PERPS<3

Great peace brah your section cross-market correlation markets actually taps into something i am exploring and gonna write about. thinking about if you could have cross market correlation in parlays. where you account for broader global events that are connected. e.g, Oil price up, + war in the middle east + gold price up in one slip

You thought indexing on Solana was a pain? Well now that @bulletxyz TPS is cranking, @Firaenix told me our Kafka cluster is ingesting 1M events / minute (order places, cancels, oracle updates etc etc). I might finally have to read the bible now

What the fuck did you just fucking say about my LP position, you little bitch? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in Uniswap V3, and I've been involved in numerous concentrated liquidity ranges on volatile pairs, and I have over 300 confirmed fee tiers. I am trained in impermanent loss warfare and I'm the top liquidity provider in the entire DeFi ecosystem. You are nothing to me but just another full-range position. I will rug your liquidity with capital efficiency the likes of which has never been seen before on this chain, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with providing liquidity at that spread over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of MEV bots across the mempool and your slippage is being calculated right now so you better prepare for the rebalance, maggot. The rebalance that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your "APY". You're fucking rekt, kid. I can be in any tick range, anytime, and I can exit liquidity in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hotwallet. Not only am I extensively trained in just-in-time liquidity, but I have access to the entire arsenal of Raydium, Orca and Meteora and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable position off the face of the pool, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy LVR your little "clever" full-range position was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking stables. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the gas fees, you goddamn idiot. I will shit concentrated liquidity all over you and you will drown in it. You're fucking liquidated, kiddo.
CJ (晨杰)@cjhtech

@EvgenyGaevoy ever heard of concentrated liquidity dumbass?
