@British_Airways No, your two ‘non BA’ staff did not do all they can. It should not take 2 hours to check bags in for one flight! My flight BA0949 was due to take off 35mins ago! I sincerely hope it is being held. The delay is purely down to the incompetence and lack of your ‘staff’.

I think you've heard that Rab died yesterday morning. I still don't understand what's happened; if this is real; why he'd be taken now - so healthy and happy. He went into cardiac arrest while we were lying in bed. I tried and tried, and the paramedics... /1
