`beam fetch` is built for agents that need paid HTTP access without giving the agent raw wallet control. It handles x402 + MPP `402 Payment Required` flows, enforces `--max-fee` and `--allowed-chains`, and can require private settlement with `--private-payment` before retrying the request.
