Their first interaction is Hiyori throwing herself in front of a bus to save Yato, the last is Yato sacrificing himself so that Hiyori can live. But that's just the beginning and the end, and in between is a story that is literally about them trying to protect each other.

Hiyori building a little shrine for Yato, so he feels appreciated, cared and loved, remains as one of my favourite Noragami scenes 😭

I think the reason why Hakyona and Kyohru are my faves is because their build up feels so real. Their love grows from truly understanding each other, seeing every part of one another and still choosing each other. It just hits different and I could write essays about them!
