Rework Holliday Crackshot on the way? With Graves balance update, devs have changed the ability's description, and it now works differently. Instead of headshots, the ability triggers when you hit three bullets in a row, and it's also possible that the bullets passively apply some kind of debuff (judging by the first sentence).
