After chatting with our Support Team, here’s the best way to reach out if you need help with a ban or trade ban: 📧 Email Support@RoyaleHigh.com 📝 In your email title, include keywords like “Ban,” “Trade Ban,” or whatever your issue is. 👤 In your message, please include: Your Roblox username The date you were banned (If trade banned) the username of the person you traded with 📸 Screenshots are super helpful too! The more info you provide — clearly and neatly — the easier it’ll be for the Support Team to review your case. 🚫 Please don’t send multiple emails about the same issue — that can slow down the queue. The team aims to respond within 2 days, though sometimes it may take a bit longer (they’re working hard to improve 💪).
