beomgyu was actually cast by both mystic and bighit😭 he wanted to join mystic because he loved playing guitar but his dad suggested since he work hard on dancing he should try becoming the center of a group so he chose big hit instead… and on his way to seoul after signing the contract ‘BTS’ blood,sweat and tears was blowing up everywhere

omg apparently beomgyu actually got cast by both mystic and bighit 😭 and since he really liked playing guitar, he was leaning toward mystic at first, but his dad suggested that he try working hard on dancing and aim to become the center of a group, so he chose bighit instead and when he officially signed with BH and was on his way up to seoul it was during the time when “blood sweat & tears” by BTS was blowing up 🥹

i really wish people would stop reducing beomgyu to just “chaotic” because if you actually watch him with kids, he’s so emotionally aware and gentle 🥹 he knows exactly when to be a soft, calming presence AND when to match their energy. and it’s really sweet how naturally he adapts to what each child needs in the moment, and how he’s always being attentive to their comfort and making sure they feel safe and happy. and he just has this naturally warm, lovable personality that babies are easily drawn to. he can be a playful, almost cartoon-like presence one moment, and then the most patient, nurturing figure the next. it’s always so endearing to see how observant, thoughtful, and kind he is, and this side of him deserves so much more appreciation 🥹 i love him even more for it
