Aside from @liminalmoney, @unitxyz and maybe @kinetiq_xyz , i think all HyperEVM projects' tokens go to 0 slowly when they TGE. We need more 0->1 dapps worthy of championing , enough of the same old defi slop apps we've been using for years but just repackaged. The most recent 0->1 i can see is @ventuals , being able to trade PreIPO/Private companies before they go public was only reserved to accredited investors and high deal flow participants, now accessible to the masses.

2 early Perp DEX's that I think have outsized airdrop potential, and I'm farming hard: Reminder: I called @extendedapp at 300 users And @pacifica_fi at 400 users These 2 new projects have similar qualities - I've spoken to both teams, and I'm very bullish. The first project is @hibachi_xyz Hibachi is a Privacy-focused Perps DEX - something we have seen become more important with famous examples such as James Wynn having 9-figure positions being hunted down due to transactions being public. The team is about 15-20 members in size, and have experience from Meta, Google, Citadel etc. A good comparison could be Paradex, although Hibachi is much smaller, still in early 'points' stage - allowing us to capitalise and gain a large share before the project others catch on to the opportunity. I can't share all the details, but after talking to the team I am very excited about Hibachi's roadmap, with some major announcements coming up in the next week or two - personally I'm pushing some decent trading volume before then. Some key highlights: >Raised $5 million in Funding >Vault coming very soon >Only $40m daily volume (for now...) >Top user has just $55m volume >Desktop & Mobile versions available >Trade on the Base chain, possibly allowing a 2-in-1 airdrop of the upcoming Coinbase token Currently points aren't being updated as we change from pre-season to season 1, and we have seen volumes dip, but I imagine there will be retroactive points for users trading now - this is usually the best time to push volume imo. They have a great user-experience, and are heavily community-focused, which historically has lead to very successful Perp DEX's (Hyperliquid & Lighter etc). They have some really good innovation, such as the loss-refund system. This sort of USP is a great sign for the future trajectory of the project in my opinion. Here are some of the key details about Variational: >Raised $11.5 million (including Coinbase Ventures) >Zero fees >'Community-First Platform' >50% of tokens for airdrops >Innovative refund system - Based on Volume you have a chance to have your losses refunded! (A great USP) >Only 3 users have more than $100m volume >Get into the top-100 with only $5m volume! >Good liquidity across hundreds of tokens There is currently no announced 'points programme' but this is a good thing: Many people are lazy and won't start trading/farming here until points are announced (when it'll likely be 10X harder) - that's out advantage to trading now! Personally I'm super bullish and Variational is now one of my top priorities to use for trading, and for farming potentially huge rewards at the same time! Variational is Invite-only (great for early users to push volume before the flood-gates open!) The reason that we are early is because these products are still growing, if they were already as good as Hyperliquid then there would be no early advantage. Lower TVL, lower Open Interest, Worse Spreads etc are all expected, the trade-off for using a platform that is still in early development is that it is undiluted. We are able to gain a huge amount of 'points' now compared to users who join later when the project is much more developed. - E.g. when I started farming extended, I got around 8,000 points per million volume. - Currently users get around 300-400 points per million in volume. - Clearly you can see the advantage of being early. - Extended was a worse (not bad) platform when I started using it, but because of the conviction I had, I pushed volume, burnt fees on making volume, and now have a great amount of points. Currently I think Variational and Hibachi are both in this sweet-spot where we can see the potential of each project, yet they are still early where we can trade and make up a significant amount of the total volume ourselves (gaining huge points when they are likely retroactively distributed) If any of the codes run out - hit me up, I should be able to source more for you. Allright boyz. There is two different OTC books for @Lighter_xyz points. One of them created by OG @saliencexbt offers cheaper points at the ask book. Other one is created by @Rijk__ and working escrow for the last 2 months. There is arb between these books since manual execution of OTC deals and visibility is a problem for these point deals.
