👩🏻‍⚕️This patient had a palate ulcerated lesion (biopsy) and a parotid irregular lesion (FNA), both rasing clinical suspition of malignancy. The parotid lesion most likely represents lymphatic dissemination of the oral lesion.

🔬 Paracoccidioides can affect skin, oral mucosa, lung and lymph nodes, with granulomatous inflammation associated with neutrophils. The differential diagnosis with Criptococcus can be challenging
