@beautrsche Akhirnya paket sampe tanggal 9 april, tepat 1 bulan setelah kirim tapi harus tiap hari email ke jnecare buat komplain. Aku belum sempet ke tenaga kak, soalnya ada cs yg bilang paketku udah di kec. penerima

Tolong info, bisa gak ambil paket langsung ke gudang JNE Jl Tenaga? Paket mandeg sudah seminggu nggak gerak. Makasih @infomalang

Open the App Store. 2. Tap your profile icon. 3. Go to 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮. 4. Select your latest Bubble ticket renewal. 5. Tap 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢. 6. You’ll be redirected to Apple’s Report a Problem website, then sign in to your Apple ID. 7. Under “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝?”, choose “𝙄 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙.” 8. Please let me know if you require any additional information to process this request. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Thank you.” 12. Submit your request. The next day, I received an email from Apple saying there was an update about my refund request. When I checked the link, it said: “𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚.” Since I paid with a debit card, the money hasn’t arrived yet, but I’ll update once it does. Taemates!
