@Beaverbrooks my mum took a @gucci watch in for repair in January and was advised Estimated time to get back was March. We called in 6 weeks ago to ask for an update and we was told 4 weeks. Still nothing. still in warranty, this is 2nd issue with that watch. What’s going on?

Still no response from @Beaverbrooks shocking….. to anyone thinking of buying from them,my advice is don’t…… they have no customer service skills at all, just happy taking your money

@Breitling I get it, £5k is one of your cheaper watches but I still expect it to keep time! Bought it a yr ago, spent 1 month back with @Beaverbrooks to be told there’s nothing wrong and now a month being “warranty repaired” by yourselves and it’s still gaining 2 mins each week?

@Beaverbrooks I purchased a bracelet 2yr ago at a cost of £485 . 2 wk ago a link broke .Roll on today I rec’d a call it can be soldered, other links are weak .I was informed it should not be worn daily and only on special occasions. Bracelet is not fit for purpose.
