I know the thing everyone wants to talk about wrt composer is the kimi-debacle but for a brief moment please hold that thought. I've told a bunch of people that composer 1.5 is really useful for more 'cli agent' tasks. Composer 2 (fast) is actually completely insane. If i want to just make an agent do shit on my computer with files and clis and occasionally an mcp, composer is just shockingly convenient. The error tax is so low due to speed that i just make it try again.

A couple months ago I decided that I didn’t like the linear UI for daily use. I love it for some things but my daily felt annoying. So I vibe coded a new UI. The team all prefers mine. Linear’s backend and apis and MCP are all very useful, and made this extremely easy. Fits well with this article.
