Been out of sinc. Had a migraine for a couple of days. Then busy day yesterday. Special lunch w/fam. It was so nice to spend time together

Today last min. details for tomorrows ladies luncheon at NLA. Have to figure how to come up with money for taxes. And enjoy the day.

Just got back from a walk in the park w/Angel. Had a great ladies luncheon today. What a wonderful bunch of girls. I am loving it.

Looking to a great day off with Angel. Snow outside is beautiful. We walked our 3 miles indoors this morning. Rejoicing in God's greatness

OK, it's up for a busy day. running over to Cheryl's this morning to sew. Then a Walmart run. Need food for the week end.

Morning meeting at the church, ecum/service at noon and then Special Good Friday service at our church. Thank you for the blood Lord,

had a fun time with Abbi, Malachi and Lilli. Of course we can not forget Lynnelle & Michael. Made taco salad 4 lunch 2day. Yummy.

Just finished making taboule. Yummm. I did my walk this morning but plan to do a bike ride after I mop kitchen floor.

Did 3 mile walk, cleaned out my cupboard in kitchen. Ready 2 spend a day out side. Later I plan to kidnap Angel and enjoy the afternoon out

Had a great morning. Leadership training. Angel made Italian chicken kabobs on the grill w/lots of veggies. It was great . Now 4 a bike ride

Looking forward to a great day at NLA. We are on an amazing journey with some amazing people. I am so excited to be here.

Headed to get my hair cut. Then off to Walmart. Out of most fruits and running low on veggies. Had chicken 3 days in a row.

Did not make it to Walmart yesterday so I am eating carrots applesauce and sunflower seeds for breakfast. Bible Study this morning . Yay!

Just back from the chiropractor. Another pinched nerve. So much better than yesterday. I am debating on a walk . I will see how it goes.

My body is really wrestling with getting physical exercise. If it is not my knee then it is my neck. I am determined not to let this stop me

Went to bed w/rain, woke up 2 the same. Funeral today. So glad the Holy spirit comforts. learned don't have 2 say much Just be there.

Did morning walk inside due to rain. It is really coming down. worked on "Fireproofing" Study. Facilitating B/study tonight. Great day!

Going to try and go shopping today. Sun is shining and it stopped raining. Yeah. Good day to be out.

Well we rode 11 miles today on our bikes. It is a little on the cool side but beautiful none the less. I love living here.
