Being a solo founder is weird. You can have a productive day No external validation. No scoreboard. and still feel like nothing is happening. Just you deciding if it was enough.

Tiny win: Something that was breaking yesterday just works today. No idea why. I’ll take it. Progress doesn’t always feel clean.

Nobody sees this part: Reading docs for hours Trying things that don’t work Feeling stupid for longer than expected Then suddenly… it clicks. That moment is addictive.

Spent hours “working” today. But if I’m honest… I avoided the hard parts. The ones that actually move things forward. Building solo means you can lie to yourself easily. Did I actually make progress today?
