@ma33499357 @JackLUFC1919 The issue was Farke was using the 433 the wrong way with the wrong personel, DCL in that system was never gonna work, wingers too stiff, kept passing backwards, fullback struggling to overlap, I’m still on the fence with the guy but I’m glad il he changed

@JackLUFC1919 A key issue is that Bogoe and Gudmonson are not good enough defensively to play in a back 4. Both class wing backs but look at the mistakes the latter made earlier in the season in a back 4.

Would like to make the point again that i think people attribute our success this season solely to the back 5 base formation way too much I think if farke didn't fuck up so much in october/november, we couldve had a similar season with a 4 as our main base formation
