call me fake ana but if i’m around someone who is recovering from an ED i make sure to eat a healthy portion around them because id rather feel guilty about it than trigger them 🤷🏻♀️

@edstrawbaby @c4ls0ut as a psych student: absolutely not! it goes against the psychologist ethical code. every therapist is obliged to go through their own psychotherapy + should be under a psychotherapy supervision. there is no place for them to express things like that during a session

that time in high school when i was abt bmi 23 (healthy range) and the school nurse told me i should lose weight and then my ex cheated on me and which caused me to lose 10kg from stress and the school nurse praised me while i was miserable.. why are they fatphobic to children??
