@femboyfucker_69 Here's some I've personally used Animals (cats, dogs, etc) Trees/bushes Falling on rough surfaces biking/skating/other accident if none of these work, I would make an excuse based off a hobby, or an interest sorry that I don't have too many ideas, but I hope this helps a bit!

@femboyfucker_69 well there's always the cat/really almost any animal excuse, or you could say you fell on rocks/concrete. Or if you live in a area with forest you could say you were nicked and cut by trees. if none of those specific ones work, I would try basing your excuse off a hobby you do!
