@dgcarrie79 @zackpeter very easy to change her cause she took responsibility for herself. She plead guilty & didn’t fight back or make excuses. She didnt throw him under the bus & make it a he said she said case. Its horrible a child was in the cross fire but accidents happen, it wasn’t intentional.

You can both be “victims” and both be “abusers,” yet their actions are not equal. The level of abuse is VERY different which is why only one of them has been arrested, charged, and pleaded guilty before a judge in a court of law.

ABC has canceled The Bachelorette after their lead was seen in a leaked footage physically attacking her ex-boyfriend and throwing metal chairs at him while her child was present and reportedly the child was struck during the altercation.

But it absolutely should have been addressed. And her kids should have been taken away. I’m not arguing that. But this show should also have been canceled. It doesn’t change anything. She needs help.

Dakota didn’t “sell” the footage. It was publicly accessible as evidence in the criminal case against her. She pleaded guilty and is currently on probation, hoping they reduce her sentence down to a misdemeanor. Guess that won’t be happening now… 🫠

As a DV survivor myself, this is clearly reactive abuse on her end. NOT excusing her behavior whatsoever cause she is wrong, but he is calculating af selling this to TMZ 3 years later.

@zackpeter The court case was in 2023 when it happened. They’ve been had this info. It was the first intro on the show. She was arrested, charged & put on probation. The video wasn’t released then or any time after. They’ve had many DV incidents since. Lets not put the DUH in dumb

I don’t get the sudden shock over Taylor Frankie Paul… the mess was obvious from day one.
But let’s talk about the real issue: racist the double standard.
Jonathan Majors, who was employed by the same company, had allegations surface and was dropped immediately. Meanwhile, it’s been 72 hours since Taylor’s allegations came out and she’s still doing press, with #TheBachelorette set to premiere like nothing happened.
Say what you want, but the difference in treatment is loud.

Here’s what I’m not seeing: ACCOUNTABILITY. We ALL know Dakota is a piece of shit. But TAYLOR chose to continue to engage when EVERYONE begged her not to. So, while Dakota undoubtedly has sabotaged her, she’s also done it to herself & needs to be responsible for that #SLOMW

1. Taylor has always needed help. This isn’t new information. She should have never been cast as the Bachelorette.
