There is no limit on phases for foul play it’s from when play started to the next restart. So if there were 30 phases from restart to the next stoppage/restart you can go back at check the foul play that occurred during it .

Fantastic to see these two @BridgendSports players PLUS two girls from @pylerfc U12 giving it all on the pitch yesterday. Both are fantastic teams and the interaction between all team members is worth thinking about. Great to see such respect and friendship.
