A single sweet potato can deliver up to 400% of your daily vitamins needed for healthier eyes, clearer skin, and a stronger immune system.

@beehatu @FadimatuAmeen I agree with this but for this particular post, it was not criticism for growth.

Seeing the drama surrounding those two Hausa actresses and the cake review situation has made me realize something again: a lot of Nigerians genuinely do not understand business ethics or customer relations.
And before people start attacking me, let me use someone I deeply respect as an example: Evejay. A few weeks ago, someone gave her a negative review about her chili oil. Instead of getting angry, she handled it with grace. She took accountability, acknowledged the complaint publicly, and responded professionally. It honestly made me respect her and her business even more.
That is how criticism should be handled.
Criticism is not always an attack. Sometimes it is feedback. Sometimes it is an opportunity to improve your product or service. Every serious business owner should understand that.
English

@FadimatuAmeen I have a list of criticism we receive with chai and every single one has been used to improve our policies or service provision or just experience in general. Some are just hate comments and when you are objective you can separate real gap from trolling. Take all in stride.
English

@FadimatuAmeen Not sure about the context but the part about criticism. As long as you take criticism with an objective eye, you will grow. Compliments make you complacent. Criticism makes you see the gaps and fix them. People need to stop taking stuff personally and fix them.

There’s something called “social reproduction” it’s not just money that the rich inherit from their parents but also social currency, things you can’t really see. It’s difficult for people from a poor background to even understand these “currencies” or why they are valuable

Overtime, i understand why rich families marry amongst themselves. There's something wrong with the mentality of poor humans
