@superwuster I’ve been to a lot of the so called civilized world they may be cheaper I don’t recall them being free. Especially in the last 10 years. Let’s not confuse nostalgia with reality. Also, if a family has lots of luggage this $6 is the cheapest thing they will do.

Nothing says "welcome to the land of the price gouge" like the JFK $6 fee for the luggage carts that are free in the rest of the civilized world. I'm sure someone will claim why that's an efficient outcome but when you're a family with lots of luggage it just feels extractive

Once the flight crew asks you to leave a flight, you must exit the plane. No exceptions.
Here’s the back story, The passenger purchased a neck pillow from the airport and strapped it to the seat, which is non-compliant. He was asked to remove it several times, but he refused. His argument? It was purchased from the airport, which makes it compliant.
The pillow itself isn’t the issue. It’s the fact that it was strapped to the seat.
