@A_Gray80 Hi there. Thanks for your suggestion; however, the term was used to capture groups who may not be global majority, such as people of Roma heritage who are underrepresented in the profession may identify as 'white other'.

I always find it interesting that DClinPsy departments struggle to recruit EDI leads from ethnic backgrounds. Most POC do their activism for free in their daily life.. so the fact that you can’t recruit POC ppl to get paid to do so something they usually do for FREE is v telling
