@8970jaye @D1vazhkb @roxiethins i think its just that when you grow enough muscle, it will be squishy when its not flexed so youll look bigger unless you lose weight in addition to it

@D1vazhkb @roxiethins It does make you skinny if you have normal, balanced diet. Obviously if you eat mostly junk or processed food and don't watch your calorie intake then yeah you'll gain weight.

@agailpatty ppl r saying to walk but its common knowledge that using a muscle will make it bigger so incline walking especially is NOT your friend. unfortunately you can only fight genetics so much. im in the same boat🫠
