I'm not going through the motions, I'm setting things in motion.

It's hard to do school from home with a child also at home, and I often read a sentence or maybe even two and then get interrupted by my youngest. I've recently started reading my work aloud when he comes to me to ask for something and so far it's working!

@EPrecipice IDK where you live, but my parks and rec department has kids fishing classes as well as family fishing classes where bait, poles etc are all provided as well as instruction. Might want to check it out!

Dads/Grandpas out there: I have an eight-year-old boy who wants to learn to fish. I have no idea what I’m doing. What do I need to buy him to do the easiest/cheapest fishing possible?

and let the record show at least two of the five nights a week when I'm at work I menu plan things I don't have to cook that my husband can fully take care of, but it was hilarious he thought I was hogging all the cooking and not giving his Dad enough turns

It's funny how summer last for like 4 months and winter last for like 6 months and both spring and fall are only one month each.

When I work at night my days consist of feeding the kids & dog, walking the dog, doing laundry & dishes & cleaning the house then I go to work. When Im off I do all that stuff plus yard work and I gotta say... There's not enough off in my off

I have officially finished my first full year back in college at age 43 to become what I wanted to be when I was a little girl (a teacher). I finish this year with straight A's and a LOT of pride <3
