Great afternoon @stambrosehigh working with the S5 girls who attended our Personal Safety & Self Defence course designed specifically for teenagers. Learning simple and effective self defence techniques to help young people stay safe and most importantly how to avoid conflict.

Fantastic afternoon and great fun teaching yoga to the staff @StAndysFutureFr Thank you for giving Shirley, our yoga teacher such a warm welcome to your school. We look forward to visiting St Andrews again next Friday.
