Somehow it's already been 11 months at the triangle factory. This is a reflection on my role(s) and why care, not process, is the real operating system companies need. behzod.com/blog/11-months…

@beh_zod In the mobile app make a new page and then hit meeting. It makes a new meeting with a transcribe/record button.

@zachtratar something I appreciate about Granola is that I can record ad hoc in-person conversations. What’s the hack to do that with Notion?

@blakeir I've been voice texting with a good mobile alternative to siri (alas, with the friction where you have to turn on the mic for a little while by swiping over) and it's amazing how much more I'm resistant to type after getting used to it

@SoniaBaschez @clairevo @bbalfour To be fair, it is called “The _Anthem_” and not “The song that people only kind of sing sometimes but isn’t a rallying cry”

We need more research* like this, both from the people building these technologies and those critical of them**. [1] Yes I am aware of groups like the Algorithmic Justice League. [2] It's even better when those people are under the same roof, which seems true at @AnthropicAI.

We invited Claude users to share how they use AI, what they dream it could make possible, and what they fear it might do. Nearly 81,000 people responded in one week—the largest qualitative study of its kind. Read more: anthropic.com/features/81k-i…

Alli is a person you can trust to get things done, regardless of scope or level of ambiguity. This is a great peek into her operating philosophy and why she has become such a force of nature.

Competitive might be one of the most obvious AI opportunities in GTM. Competitive programs struggle because they’re all manual. Gather intel, update battlecards, answer sales questions, create enablement, run a few competitor campaigns a year. Agents remove all that friction. You can aggregate signals, generate assets, keep artifacts fresh, create Q&A bots, and distribute info across the org as things happen. Role shifts from reactive service org to proactive machine. Someone with systems thinking, great taste, curiosity about the market, and who themselves are very competitive can become a huge impact player and have a ton of fun. I’ve just started playing with building here and seen @NotionHQ customers create some badass stuff. We’re looking for one of these people. Not traditional “I’ve done competitive for last decade”. Role extends beyond just competitive. SF or NYC.

Had a blast speaking at Notion’s sales kick off yesterday with @beh_zod. They’re building awesome agent capabilities, we’re using them a ton internally.
