If you're a musician &/or content creator, what do you do when you have a day that nothing seems to flow?
Today has been one of those days for me. It most likely is because of stress, fatigue & irl distractions.
I had to remind myself that it IS ok to have an off day! 🥺

One of my first big features was a crap high school musical comedy called LOVELINES. The songs sucked. My supervisor: "That songwriter works for Shaun Cassidy. YOU may not like his songs but he clearly has his finger on the pulse of America!" The movie tanked and so did the songs

@ourmindonmusic Thanks. I went a bit harder with the guitars maybe. I always go in with a plan and come out with something completely different. I also shorten the songs a bit, so they have a lot going on in a short period of time. Not sure if that's good or bad.

@behindveil1 Just the basic iMovie that came with my Mac. I was avoiding it because years ago I found it really clunky, but this current program seems really easy and intuitive. I'm trying to learn all the features as I go along.
