I would love that… there’s to much negativity around this name ( in the real world) not here obviously and it’s why people think we are crazy for investing in the (we can thank the manipulated media for this). I also would love it because that means something bigger is happening finally ;)

So let me ask you this.. hypothetically thinking here. If one wanted to let’s say come back from the dead and take care of the friends they left behind by giving them presents via tzero like tokenized shares in a company they started. Is this possible to happen right now? Or does the clarity act impact this from happening at all? Hypothetically??

We aren’t dependent on Clarity Act passage at all for tokenization of securities - been doing it already for years and as mentioned yesterday have all the regulatory and tech tools to help out institutional partners do it the right way. Clarity would enhance the footprint of our horizontal expansions into CFTC infrastructure capabilities - wrt spot crypto for example - but not critical for existing use cases around tokenized derivatives predictive markets and other capabilities. @SavinoVaness

@tZERO can already tokenize, sell, trade and custody digital securities - and has been doing that for years. Our regulated integrated infrastructure stack is unaffected by this and continues its significance as the compliant end to end gateway to tokenized assets for a range of partners, including other financial firms. @SavinoVaness

My reasoning is simple, Ryan's turned this dead-and-broke retailer in a profitable cash fortress that's on the verge of completing a historic acquisition. There is zero room for emotions in trading. Making trading decisions based off of emotions leads to dumb moves. Like voting “NO” on RCs comp plan. Yes GME is down, but why would you double down and not vote for the one catalyst that can help increase the share price? Mind boggling.

I will be voting ✅ YES to everything proposed by the GameStop board The only people voting NO are frustrated and emotional, and have lost faith and confidence in their investment. I trust Ryan is aligned with shareholders. I trust him to take this rocket to $100bn M/C 💥
