@ThrillaRilla369 It’s not just a responsibility; it’s a privilege. They were our safety net when we had nothing. Being there for them as they age isn't "giving back"—it's simply showing that their love didn't fall on ungrateful hearts. It’s the highest form of nobility.

@ShivamVahia I like how the narrative has gone from, "we are the best" to "atleast we are not them and you should be thankful for it"

Uncomfortable truth: You can walk up and scream only at a so-called upper caste Hindu rally/minister for blocking the road. You cannot do that shit with anyone else. Try it otherwise. Will be a wonderful case study.

So what? That's the bare minimum expectation from a 70 year old democracy. Not being threatened for raising your voice is not an achievement worth celebrating. And the only entitled person I see in that video is the one with the convoy, the bodyguards, and the Z category security blocking a public road in the name of women's rights.

@beingshamik @Mrsinha I am neither defending the BJP party or the entitled woman that shouted. What i am saying she could express, shout, give gaali, throw bottles on road and people, shout on police officer and still not be threatened.

Imagine if she had done it in front of Mamata Banerjee in WB or even Uddhav-Raj Thackeray in Mumbai… Imagine, because she would never do it against them. She did it because it was a BJP event.

What happened during the farm protests was wrong too. A woman speaking her mind should never be threatened regardless of which party is in power. But that's exactly the point you're missing. This isn't about BJP or AAP or Congress. This is about every Indian who is tired of being treated like an inconvenience in their own country by the very people they elected and pay for. The moment you start defending bad behaviour because your party did it, you've stopped thinking like a citizen and started thinking like a voter.

@beingshamik @Mrsinha What she did is right and what she did proves democracy can sxist only when there is BJp. Free spech can exist only if BJp is there. Coz similar thing was done by a girl during farm protests in delhi during AAP and she was threatened and abused. #DemocracywithBJP

Are you slow? What she did has nothing to do with BJP or Congress. She is every middle class Indian who pays taxes, follows rules, minds their own business and still gets treated like a second class citizen by politicians, police, bureaucrats and every government institution that exists to serve her but serves itself instead. One salaried middle class, be it a hindu, muslim, sikh, christian, Jain, Parsi or any other religion for that matter person in India funds their own family, the government's salary bill, subsidies for those who pay nothing, freebies announced before every election, and the lifestyle of every neta whose convoy just blocked the road. We need a hundred more like her. And fewer people like you defending the ones who created the jam in the name of fixing it.
