As we come to the end of Born Again: Season 2 + The Punisher: One Last Kill, we've now reached 15 Netflix actors who have returned under Marvel Studios. 7 in the last month. Very grateful for how much better a position we are in with the old shows now, vs. just a few years ago.

@smithiepf I get that on principle it works better to exile him. But I don't think there's any plausible scenario where a public figure that publicly brutally murders people and gets off with a "We won't prosecute". I also don't see any public opinion way back for him at this point.

#DaredevilBornAgain spoilers . . . . The AG only had Fisk on organised crime when the deal was offered. Not yet murder. I can't get past the fact Fisk then proceeds to kill multiple people, in plain view for the first time... *then* accepts. Brother, deal was off 5 minutes ago.

Before the season, I saw one reviewer say the finale was one of the greatest episodes ever. And another say it falls totally flat. Again, applies to the finale and whole season: I think some reviewers over-hyped it beforehand - but also some fans have been a bit harsh sometimes.

The finale, as with the whole season: Some great stuff. Some slightly clumsy elements. Solid enough overall. Season was a significant improvement - with room for more improvement still, which I hope they recognise making Season 3. May share some more spoilers thoughts tomorrow.

the one thing this episode solidified for me is how fucking stupid of a decision it was to kill foggy. elden slipped back into the role effortlessly. he was undoubtedly the best thing about these flashbacks and i miss him a million times more now #daredevilbornagain

Episode 5 is a nice companion piece to Rabbit in a Snowstorm and Nelson v. Murdock. I may revisit those episodes this week - which is the first time since they killed Foggy that I've really felt able to go back to the original series.
