I'm back 🐻 After a 3 year hiatus, I can safely say I'm fully back into gaining. I lost a lot of weight in that time. Going from around 130kg to my lowest at 95kg in february 2025. Physically I felt better, but mentally it wasn't clicking. Currently at 128kg😄
