In from New Jersey this morning was @Mollyplath29 Molly had a significant disconnect which we discuss in this video. It’s a very common thing in softball & we even see it in baseball from time to time. The “push throw” A little bit of how we address it including some javelin throws below. Molly added 7 mph to her arm today, but more importantly, she learned to sequence better which will set her up well for the future!! Molly is in town with @UnityNewJersey to take on a familiar group : @2011OhioOutlaws - who did their Winter Training with us this year.. we will be posting their results publicly soon! A lot of good arms on the field today 😉 @izzyzober2029 & others will be ready to roll VS Molly & Unity!!!
