2/ I had the privilege to speak to a venture capital class at @Yeshiva_College thanks to an invite from @bellowsprod. I never thought I'd be speaking to students at a private Orthodox Jewish university, but I hope I was able to give the students a different perspective

1/ Reflecting on my trip to NY for @KauffmanFellows, I had an amazing time. I was filled with fellowship from my Kauffman classmates, alumni and fourm. I was lucky enough to get to meet one of the investors who inspires me in person @AHolidayiii of @645ventures.

@JasonrShuman So true! I have many friends, even those who started their own businesses, who took every role over time to gain a better understanding of their business. This led to better employee satisfaction as well as numerous savings and strategic opportunities.

You'll get promoted faster if you understand how the whole organization ties together vs. just your own role

The world of VCs and Entrepreneurship needs more grace. Think how much more nicer and friendly and welcoming this space would be. How many more people would be empowered to chase their dreams and not write nasty emails back and forth......just a thought
