My favorite story in the sacred texts of Judaism is in the Torah (Numbers 22). The donkey saw an angel, whereas the prophet riding him could not. Donkeys are more enlightened. They’re spiritually in tune. Human seers are blind compared with them.

Is intelligent life to be found on Planet Earth? Yes! The four-legged creatures and flippered ones kiss their ecosystem. Intelligent life, however, is less easy to find in a species that has developed the very real threat of nuking everything (including itself) into oblivion.

Viewing our species from an animal’s point of view throws into demonic relief the fact that the average, everyday person is a serial killer.

The fluffy ones manage a miraculous paradox: animals are both the best judges of character and yet they’re the most dependable nonjudgmental presences in our lives.

30 million dead from the Great Chinese Famine. 89 mil dead from the combined World Wars. But these numbers r minuscule. There’s a silent tragedy happening right now: 1.2 trillion animals r killed for food every year. The meat industry is more deadly than Mao’s Great Leap Forward.

What is dreaming? It’s when your imagination happens to you. You’re blissfully supine under its torrent: a prismatic, kaleidoscope waterfall sent from the sublime-subliminal or from who knows where! The fact that we are granted access to dreamworld is diabolically underrated.

Of course humans will find it strange that I empathize with villains, because humanity’s moral landscape is topsy-turvy (case in point: our species praises meat-sellers but vilifies the multidimensional).

Look out at the world through bright electric plasma waterfalls contiguous and fierce against the Night. Disturb bioluminescent pools and follow the neon trails of seals. Trip the sonic epic. You have agency to piece together a cosmos fantastical.

Give me the Freudian conjunct of Thanatos (the death drive) and Eros (the pleasure principle). The Geostorm precipitated by the clashing turbulences of a troubled life and one lived grandly, is worth watching.

Beware & be aware that phantasms & phantasmagoria fabricate, spin, weave & wield illusion. Such cognizance will help u defang them. When osmosis & learning go sideways on u, send your gazes 2 The Artificer: what Boethus called the sphere of the fixed stars, the substance of God.

Posidonius, a Greek astronomer 2,100 years ago, said the Earth was a sphere, suitable for motion, & the moon doesn’t glow of its own luminosity but is illuminated by borrowed light from the Sun. What have you predicted lately?

Diogenes wrote about the stoical virtue of magnanimity. It means we are superior to what happens to us in life. Whether something ill befall us, or a Kiplingesque triumph-imposter prove pro tem, our aspiration is to be more elite than the strength of whatever we are facing.

It’s been duly noted that our planet is another world’s insane asylum. But I figure Earth is just as much death row, occupied by murderous inmates due to get our just deserts—the death penalty. Humanity has mass-slaughtered the most innocent of all: the furry ones.

A vision vortex grabbed me: an ice face, fractured into crystals, looked up at me. 1 eye was like a neon lizard’s skin, & the other eye a glacier cave. “Oh, what’s this? Let’s explore.” I swirled into a colorful spray of star blast. In such a furnace, I forge self-reinvention.

Yesterday, I had knee surgery. Anesthesiology was a sleepy octopus pulling me under deeps teeming with euphoric Nothingness. For all the horrors bubbling up out of the world's depths, there’s somewhere else that’s as mystical as an elven kingdom. And it’s of the highest quality.

The moral compass must be reinvented. We have to found and ground right and wrong entirely on nonhuman animal wellbeing. If my action helps animals, it is a good action. If my act harms the animal kingdom, it is evil. Simple.

Lo subject-object metacognition: I make myself an object via subjective experience in an infinite rebound of double mirrors. Maybe the “I” is unlimited reflexion.

A psychologist I like was misunderstood for saying, “You must become a monster.” I get him. Why die as a vanilla thinker? If Nietzsche had to put his philosophy through committee he wouldn’t be Nietzsche. Accept that you’ll be misconstrued.

By any metric, eating pigs is every bit as evil as snacking on a cat. Pigs are massive personalities, smarter than dogs, cozy snugglers, the best of friends, understanding and supportive of the feelings of others. Mamma pigs sing to their piglets. Would you eat your pet?

Orwell, Verne, & Huxley had flights of fancy that bid us come to the shadow daemon-domain. Rebel lit-mongers merely predict what human evils will look like once amplified by technology because the latter progresses but the former remains as base as ever. Rise! Take up your pens!
