Shameless plug… Began a Humble Quest (thanks @MarenMorris:) over a year ago after my dad got sick and passed, almost a year to today. Been running my ass off.. Today 25:36 in Lauren Hill 5K. 8:10 per mile. 2nd for old man age group lol:) Personal best!!! 🏃🏻‍♂️🔥😊
