The comeback continues , just finished my strength cycle , time for a SRM, managed 150/155 then this 160kg bench at 78kg body weight. Aged 53, 6 months into returning to training after a 10 year gym break #benchpress

So half time progress report on my comeback (aged 53 after 10 years no gym), 4 weeks in looking and feeling gr8, benching 92.5kg x6 reps (3 sets) definitely helped by @LAMuscle Norateen products , loving it

Ok so those of you who have followed me for many years will know that I was once known as “The Bench Press King”, 15 times Drug Free World Champion and numerous World Records, I retired unbeaten , 10 years ago , aged 43……….. so what next ????”” #lamuscle

So now aged 53, 10 years since the last time I was in the gym , inspired by a “past it” comment from one of my younger colleagues , I decided to prove a point and get back in the gym for an 8 week challenge , thanks to my friends @LAMuscle I now have the supplement stack to help
