Trump can't deploy ICE to replace TSA. TSA handles aviation security. ICE handles immigration enforcement. You can't swap em out any more than you can replace surgeons with lifeguards. Federal law requires TSA‑certified screeners at checkpoints, and ICE has zero authority to do that job. If TSA walked out, airports would shut down long before ICE could wave a single passenger through.
