@TrainWithTempo I was really excited about Tempo and I’ve now had 2 issues, multiple support chats & it doesn’t work at all. 3D sensor is broken. Connected fitness has a long way to go! By the way, I can’t access another class. Because the first one is required and doesn’t work!

@TrainWithTempo Super bummed though that I can’t add a review to the tempo website. I think it’s important for customers to see the negative reviews along with the positive, especially if it can involve defective hardware on a product that is expensive and takes a long time to get to them.

@TrainWithTempo Did anyone else’s Tempo break within a week of arrival? 3D sensor won’t start, no matter what I try. Also managed to lock me out of all my classes, since it can’t sense that I’m standing in front of it. So frustrating, ordered it November 9th and it JUST arrived.
