The best part of our job is finding truly out-of-distribution people—the ones you know you’ll be in business with for life. A lot will be said about how exceptional @bfspector , @amspector100 , and @aidanmantine are as founders—there’s little debate there. What matters even more is who they are as people. They’ve pushed me and the @novaholdings team to think bigger and work harder. We’re lucky to call them close friends.
