@benexperience @Fed_IP @jamesfreed5 @bcs It's not buying more skills or ethics, CITP is a broad IT standard, FEDIP is validating skill in a Health context, and its supporting the development of a professional woefully under recognised. As CITP this will provide experience as part of FEDIP, you need only show context

@SteveHoyNHS It still might be useful to understand the process though. I'd be happy if more of them knew that there actually was a process.

@benexperience Maybe their responsibility is to make sure the process for managing benefits is working not for ensuring identified benefits are realised?

Typical recent NHS senior role job spec, first bullet: "Manage, monitor and report on benefits realisation management", so why isn't Benefits Management listed in the required qualifications?

@em606 @DrGarethThomas Some years back Nuance did a pilot at Alder Hey. They managed scouse and Philippine but struggled when the two were mixed.
