What do folks use for eng documentation these days? Confluence has gotten too bulky. Used Dropbox Paper in the past with some success though formatting etc. was a bit limited.

@cwillmore The context was about a specific issue, I guess I could use "Did troubleshooting on [the issue]" but I'm looking for conciseness.

Is the past tense of "troubleshoot" really "troubleshot"?
