until you can empathise with a woman on the basis of her humanity, and not her proximity (imagine if that was your mum, sister, daughter etc), you still have work to do tbh

Social media is blinding many of you There are still villages in Nigeria without a lawyer or doctor As in Nobody in the whole village has a lawyer or doctor in their family There are still lots of families today in Nigeria where no one has a PhD. Nuclear and extended When you see people celebrating like this, allow them. Some of you mocking them, your parents did not have a university education and your parents feel extremely accomplished because you do Leave them to do whatever they want to do.

If something is not broken, don’t fix it. The NYSC uniform is one of those things that has been perfect since day 1. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who has said anything negative about it. There is no color more Nigerian than that color combination. It’s a thing of pride.

When Nigerians continue to memeify our problems, this is what happens. Keep making your jokes and skits and calling them “satire”. The people you are doing it for will satirize you back and in a crueler way.

we've normalized turning every misery to comedy, it’s cute at first, feee like resilience but is it really? Every tragedy becomes content, every failure becomes a joke. Police brutality, kidnapping, hunger, Akara, nothing is too serious. To me, that's not resilience, it feels like cowardice. We joke about everything but rarely channel that same energy into consistently demanding better.

People are not even saying the major thing about this video. Pastor Adeboye went to the US to convince the US government that Tinubu is doing well and to also show subtle support that there is no Christian Genocide because at least he's a pastor of a very big church. We are overlooking the purpose of the video.
Harry Da Diegot@trigottista

If he gets insulted now, you modafokas will start crying Trump gives a command and goes to his bedroom to sleep? Is Adeboye using drugs?

This government has a knack for ignoring broken things and fixing things that are not broken. E.g The national anthem, JSS and SSS class separation policy and so many other things.
